Problem Solver 68 (or Handyman 68) is an odd-jobs agency that was known for illegal business practices as well as stealing fixer contracts throughout Kivotos. Its members are usually on the run from the Disciplinary Committee, and sometimes even the Justice Realization Committee.
Includes Mutsuki, Haruka, Kayoko, and the stupid dork.
