Description:

A mod that increases all player stats proportionally to max health (up to 1% increase per 10 HP).

However, carrying weight and max bag capacity do not increase.

Option: Enable "Apply to mobs/enemies" in mod settings to apply the same max-health scaling bonus to enemies.
