Added UK units, removed Trench Rebel, some minor twerks. Should be working fine.

"United Force" faction included every units of Germany/Soviet/USA/Finland that AI will spawn in dynamic conquest.
There are four resource options, representing different resource amount that player and ai will have.
Original is same as original conquest ‘standard’ option
Easy/Fair Fight/Insane are all buffed enemy resource a lot. Player’s resource are also buffed but the amount depends on the option you choose.
Repair and Resupply All ammo, fuel and engineer supply is now infinite. All repair speed are increased.
Added German captured and modified KV-1 "Pz756r" and Soviet prototype assault gun "SU-100Y"
