强化学校序列
7月4日更新：
现在4级和5级的学校还将提供中等的“粮食产量加成和农业加成”(+25%/+50%)，司马乂则将农业产值加成变为工商业加成(+20%/+40%)
7月1日更新：
现在这些改动也应用于八王之乱的学校，其中司马乂的学校获得的文化产值更低一些，以5%~25%研究速率作为补偿.
现在学校序列获得少量公共秩序加成和文化产值（均少于孔融的特殊学校）
黄巾派系的学校没有公共秩序加成，改为获得与原版学坛序列相对应的研究速率加成
Upgrade in 07/04
Now school get medium buff in"food and peasantry"(+25%/+50%) at level 4/5, Sima ai get "commerce and industry"(+20%/+40%) instead.
Upgrade in 07/01
Now ep’s school also get this change. Sima ai get less culture income than the other, but he get 5%~25% research point as reward.
School now get little public order and income from culture (both less than kong rong’s special school).
Yellow Turben’s school get research point the same as scholar building instead of public order.
