i mean. its kinda boring. what are you expecting with a "one punch man" mod.
also. if you think that i made saitama too slow and that he needs to be faster to be more accurate. sorry, i set all the stats on him to the absolute max that they can go. overgrowth has its limitations. but think about this. you can crouch walk faster than Genos can run at full speed. so its still pretty fast.
