Add Faction Prefix 2035 for Aegis, Atlas, USMC, Opposing Forces

Description:

add 2035 prefix in front of all faction names from Aegis, Atlas, Atlas Opposing Forces & USMC 2035 mods to easier identify them in the editor.

all of them have SkipWhenMissingDependencies=1. so you can load only 1, 2 or all of the mods and this mod will still do its job fine.
