Cultural Babylon – 文化版巴比伦

This mod replaces the Babylon’s UA with the ability to skip civics through inspirations, as well as changing the debuff of
science to culture. LA, UU, UB are still remained.

New UA: Inspirations provide all of the Culture for civics. -50% Culture per turn. Grant the Civic Code Of Laws at the start of game. All Diplomatic policy slots in the current government are converted to Wildcard slots. Border expansion rate has an extra 100% boost for compensate.

Besides, the version which Hammurabi can skip both techs and civics has been released. You can subscribe it on my homepage.
