Roman Republic Italy
Simple mod that maintains the Roman Republic (or papacy) name and flag when forming Italy as the Papal States.
Both because it makes sense to me and I really like the Roman Republic flag and it felt bad to lose it.
Also adds a few minor name and color changes according to government.
As with my other mod, this is actually quite old, so feel free to tell me if my small update pass left something broken.
