Enlisted – Military Service Mod

Enlist with any lord. Follow orders. Climb the ranks. Retire with honor.

1. Do a Clean Install:

• Unsubscribe from Enlisted in Steam Workshop
• Go to: C:Program Files (x86)Steamsteamappsworkshopcontent261550
• Delete the 3621116083 folder
• Resubscribe to the mod

2. Check for Duplicate Installations:

• If you see two Enlisted entries in your launcher, you have both Steam Workshop AND manual/Nexus versions installed
• Unsubscribe from Workshop OR delete the manual install – never run both at once

3. Unblock the DLL (Windows Security):

• Navigate to: C:Program Files (x86)Steamsteamappsworkshopcontent2615503621116083binWin64_Shipping_Client
• Right-click Enlisted.dll then select Properties
• If you see an Unblock checkbox at the bottom, check it and click Apply
• Restart Bannerlord

4. Try a New Save After Major Updates:

• Some fixes (especially to promotion/progression systems) may not apply to old saves
• If you experience issues after updating, start a new campaign to test

When the changelog says CLEAN INSTALL RECOMMENDED, follow these steps:

• Unsubscribe from Enlisted in Steam Workshop
• Navigate to: C:Program Files (x86)Steamsteamappsworkshopcontent261550
• Delete the 3621116083 folder
• Resubscribe to the mod

Why? Steam doesn’t auto-delete removed files. Old content files can cause conflicts.

Built-in diagnostics run on startup and log to the Debugging folder inside your mod installation.

What It Detects:

• Harmony patch conflicts with other mods
• Missing or corrupt content files
• Catalog loading errors
• Installation issues

Key Log Files:

• Conflicts-A_*.log – Startup diagnostics. Check if game crashes on launch or other mods cause issues
• Session-A_*.log – Runtime errors with searchable codes. Check when events don’t fire or gameplay breaks

When to Check:

• Game crashes on startup – Check Conflicts log for patch conflicts
• Events don’t fire or content missing – Check Conflicts log for file errors
• Weird gameplay issues – Check Session log for error codes
• After installing other mods – Compare Conflicts logs before/after
