Instant campaign camera
Move the camera instantly instead of slow panning.
Use together with Speedy turn camera for faster end turns.
Should be compatible with all mods.
Known issues:
Selecting a character or settlement always centers on the character/settlement.
There are some cases where the camera is not instant.
