Town Efficiency Report
Scans your town for inefficiencies and displays them in a report panel.
Issue priorities
Each issue has a severity shown by its stripe color:
- Red – Major: confirmed from game source, direct harm (e.g. building out of well range gets no water at all).
- Orange – Minor: confirmed from game source, but deferrable (e.g. slow disease accumulation).
- Blue – Inferred: direction confirmed from game source; the distance threshold is a judgment-call anchor, not a hard game limit.
Whenever a building is placed or demolished, the scan runs automatically after a short delay. The indicator updates even while the panel is closed.
If you adjust a building’s position or work area without placing or removing a building, click Rescan to check immediately.
Configuration
The easiest way to configure this mod is with the companion Mod Settings Manager mod. Install it and press F8 in-game.
- Hotkey – rebind the key that opens/closes the report panel (default: F1).
- Show button when no issues – when off, the indicator button hides while your town has no problems.
- Show button when issues found – when off, the indicator button hides even when problems exist.
- Show Minor issues – when off, orange Minor issues are hidden from the report and the indicator button ignores them.
- Show Inferred issues – when off, blue Inferred issues are hidden from the report and the indicator button ignores them.
The panel and button are both draggable; the panel is also resizable.
