OOS Turret Fire Chance Change
Alters turretfirechance="0.3" to turretfirechance="0.6" for Out of System calculations
This is a global change where every turret now has a 60% chance to fire in simulated calculations as opposed to 30% in vanilla.
This is mainly geared towards helping the Xenon since they are extremely turret focused but will also affect all turrets in the game for all calculations
I do not use VRO or any other combat change mods so you may not need this in your game, but in the 7.0 BETA I felt the Xenon were pretty pathetic so added this. So far it has been balanced. Safe to add or remove whenever, Unsure about mod conflicts since I mostly use vanilla for combat.
