A simple mod that grants all unit types a debuff similar to "Demonic Instability," causing them to take around 50 points of damage per second and suffer a 24% slowdown after routing.
This facilitates chasing down deserters or makes them self-destruct.
It is effective for both players and AI.
It does not work on mod unit .
