Town Walls
Allows city walls to be built in towns, as they were historically. Also makes city walls stack with regular fortifications, meaning cities will be harder to take and city walls will actually be useful in major cities as they were historically.
This mod is extremely lightweight. It only modifies city walls. Should not conflict.
