Forced Cultural Expulsion [BETA]

In vanilla, culture and population are mainly managed through general migration and assimilation systems. This mod adds a more focused, culture-based expulsion policy as a new cabinet action.

With Forced Cultural Expulsion, you can select a culture that is not primary, accepted, or tolerated, choose one of your provinces, and create a culture-specific migration route to a neighbouring foreign province. The goal is to add more historical depth and gameplay realism to EU5’s culture, population, migration, unrest, and assimilation systems.

• Adds a new cabinet action: Forced Cultural Expulsion

• Lets you select a culture that is not primary, accepted, or tolerated

• Lets you choose one of your owned provinces

• Creates a culture-specific migration route to a neighbouring foreign province

• Applies a strong national assimilation penalty while active

• Adds unrest and production disruption to the affected province

• Uses EU5’s existing culture, population, migration, unrest, and assimilation mechanics

• Automatically ends on the next monthly update if the targeted culture later becomes primary, accepted, or tolerated

• Does not replace vanilla GUI, map, culture, economy, diplomacy, event, or government files
