Dust King is too easy for me and i need fun so this will fix it

What this mod do

Add a race skin for Dust King with custom weapon & armors
Add a new faction to rival Dust King with roaming squad, Only in Border Zone so you can expect more danger

An MCA patch will be made all credits go to More Combat Animation devs
