HRE Electors and Princes Overhaul
Adds dynamic ‘Electoral Dignity’ that can be granted and revoked by the Kaiser, (with potential tyranny) and also sought after by vassals using a new decision.
Grants Electors below the rank of King to have an actual Prince-Elector or Elector-Archbishop title to designate their elevated status above normal dukes or counts.
Places restrictions on vassals creating kingdoms within the historic HRE (Germany, Lotharingia, Bavaria, Burgundy, Italy) to stop AI from centralizing the HRE too easily.
Very much a early release, so let me know if you have feedback. The HRE has been desperately needing some love for a long time, and i couldn’t wait for Paradox to do it anymore
Changelog:
AI will now automatically designate new electors when old ones are lost for various reasons. (uses similar conditions to the vanilla elector selection)
