You have to pick one or the other (original updated or this one).

Since the creator of this mod said he was facing heatlh issues and gave opportunity to carry on his mods, here is my take on updating it to v42 with some tweak for more "realism"

Comptatible with multiplayer

In this version, all bags variant, have a small chance to be found in the world, left behind by previous survivors …

So far you can only find the loot where you could find the original ones, if asked to, i could add some other lootspawn for upgraded variants of the bags.
