Stop the AI from mindlessly spamming plantations and wasting your precious arable land.

In Victoria 3, the AI often builds plantations and farms purely based on immediate profitability, leading to the "spamming" of agricultural buildings that eat up all the arable land. This mod finely tunes the AI’s construction preference (ai_value) to encourage more efficient and realistic industrial development.

🛠 Key Changes

🌾 Massive Nerf to AI’s Agricultural PriorityAdjusted the AI preference values for all plantations, ranches, farms, and vineyards to negative (-) to prevent the AI from recklessly consuming arable land. This forces the AI to prioritize investments in manufacturing and resource extraction (e.g., bg_mining, bg_logging) over simple agriculture.

🚭 Focused Nerf on Luxury PlantationsApplied a heavy nerf to high-profit luxury plantations like Opium and Tobacco. This prevents the AI from ruining the national economic foundation just to chase quick cash from luxury goods.

🎢 Tiered Nerf SystemLight Nerf:

Basic plantation items such as Sugar and Bananas. 🍌
Medium Nerf: Staple farms (Wheat, Rice, etc.) and Ranches (Meat). 🥩
Hard Nerf: Luxury agricultural industries like Opium, Tobacco, and Wine. ☕

💡 Why You Need This ModIt is highly effective for nations with massive populations but stagnant economies, like Great Qing or the East India Company, where the AI tends to build nothing but farms. Essential for players who prefer industrialization-heavy gameplay and want a smarter AI that actually builds factories.

📌 CompatibilitySince this mod overrides the existing building_groups files, it may conflict with other mods that modify the same data. Ensure this mod has a higher load order priority to function correctly.
