Re:Educate Children

Removes the limit of 2 wards per guardian.

I always liked the idea of having someone as a ‘Court Teacher’ or something similar to that, regardless of Court Tutors and Wet Nurses. Why wouldn’t we be able to educate more than 2 children, as long as our Stress levels supports them?
