Patriarch of Constantinople: Appoint Your Patriarch
This mod adds several features for the Roman/Byzantine Emperor regarding the Court Chaplain/Realm Priest/Religious Head, as follows:
The Emperor can designate a courtier or theocratic vassal to become the Patriarch (Court Chaplain/Realm Priest) through the "Appoint Patriarch" interaction.
If the Emperor’s Patriarch is also the Religious Head, the New Patriarch will also inherit the Religious Head title.
If the Emperor’s Religious Head is his vassal and has the same faith as the Emperor, they will always serve as the Emperor’s Patriarch.
If the Emperor’s Religious Head is not his vassal and is independent, the Emperor can vassalize the independent Religious Head by a decision "Protect the Religious Head tilte".
Ensures that the Ecumenical Patriarch is the Emperor’s Patriarch at the start of the game.
This mod does not modify any vanilla files and should be compatible with the vast majority of other mods.
