Apprenticeship
Assign a colonist to be the apprentice of an adult colonist.
While the mentor is doing skill labor the apprentice will work watch the mentor if its one of the apprentice’s current learning desires (this can be changed in the setting to force the apprentice to always work watch the mentor regardless of the current learning desire).
Work watching a mentor will give +20% learning rate to the apprentice (can be changed through settings).
Select a colonist to find the "Assign mentor" gizmo.
Requires Biotech and Harmony.
By default, only child colonists can become apprentices, this can be changed in the settings to allow adult apprentices too.
Now compatible with life lessons, mentors will sometimes discuss proficiencies with their apprentice, allowing them to teach proficiencies slowly.
