E22 – Catastrophic Emergency Response Agency

CERA or the Catastrophic Emergency Response Agency is an independent international civilian aid and research organization focused on countering the effects of various natural and unnatural disasters as well as researching the causes and effects of such events.

CERA as a group are present all over the world where disaster may occur with the goals of preserving life and countering the effects. This may come in the form of simple aid supplies or as complex as deploying advanced technologies to eliminate whatever event had caused the disaster in the first place.

The workers of CERA are well-equipped for the task and ready to go wherever needed to preform their purpose, taking no sides and having only loyalty to preserving human life CERA is sure to appear wherever the world is most threatened by the unknown.
