View Pie Charts by default in any interface where there is a choice between the Grid Chart and the Pie Chart.

Unfortunately due to the clunky way the game handles GUI overrides, this mod will not be compatible with anything that modifies:
gui/politics_panel_types.gui
gui/pop_browser_panel.gui
