better, badder Hive Soldiers

Description:

I wanted to make Hive Soldiers more viable and fun for playthroughs without making them too overpowered

Movement & Speed: Maximum run speed set to 140, matching other Hivers (Soldiers were previously slower at 130).

+Combat Proficiency: Improved melee defense +20%
+gain +10% XP in Dexterity,
-Head Vulnerability: Hit probability to the head increased to 90 (previusly was 80)
-Worse at making crossbows(it only makes sense they wouldn be very Good at this)

Health Adjustments:
Limbs: 120 HP
Chest: 125 HP
Stomach: 100 HP (all hivers have a pretty small and weak looking stomach so i belive it could be left at 100 to be a "weak point")

Environmental Traits:
Gas immunity (they lack natural ways to avoid it).
Other environmental debuffs remain for realism.

Blood & Healing:
Bleed rate increased from 0.3 → 0.6 (more punishing injuries).
Max blood raised to 100.(previusly it stayed a 50)
Heal rate improved from 1.0 → 1.1.

thhis changes aply to both west and south hive, dead hive soldiers only get 150 hp head and the 90% head chance
