Secrets of Nagash for the Tomb Kings – Unit Upgrades for the Tomb King faction (Reverted to the Gold only version)

Adds a unit upgrade mechanic comparable to the greenskin scrap upgrades to the Tomb King faction. The upgrades are not exclusive and either dark magic improvements or equipment related. The equipment related upgrades have higher initial cost but do not increase the upkeep of the units while dark magic increases it substantially.
