Rescue Strike
A sparsely-defended Outpost full of Marines is under attack from enemy Convoys. Launch from a BDF carrier and raze the enemy before they take the base, then continue to defend against scheduled waves of ground and air enemies.
PVE, Made for Singleplayer, compatible with 2-4 player co-op. No longer than roughly 1hr 10 minutes.
Not too different from Tankbusters 2, but with a more focused tactical layout, better flow and some more tangible objectives. Rather pleased with how smoothly this one plays. Is probably the only situation in which anyone (other than me) would use the Vortex for CAS (I think it’s cool tho).
Addendum: after 0.31 the Vortex suddenly rocks for CAS, so take that, Vortex doubters.
