House Marriage Only (fixed)

If a character has the pure-blooded trait, he/she can only marry (or concubine) his/her house member. Original mod only allows marriage between close and extended family members, whereas this mod actually extends to the entire house.
Applies to AI and player marriages.
Pure blood is modified and is inherited 100% of the time if one of the parents has the trait.
This mod replaces the original. Do not have them both enabled at the same time.
