Updated Only House Marriage
Updated to 1.19, original mod by Wiggle Wiggle. To be honest I don’t really know if the original worked or not, but based on what I saw with the comments it didn’t, so I just updated the version. I tested it briefly and it seems to work fine for me. I’m not exactly a modder so I can’t really fix any issues you might have. With that said, all credit goes to wiggle wiggle.
There might a slight issue sometimes where dynasty members will still marry outside of the dynasty if it’s enacted, but I think that might occur when transitioning from landless to landed. I think I just enforced the dynasty marriage thing and enforced a divorce and I didn’t see it happen again, but will keep this updated relative to family size. (And number of controlled titles)
This paragraph is a few months after I updated the mod, and sure enough after some point I noticed people marrying outside of the dynasty, but this was really far down the dynasty tree, and around the point when the dynasty had between 1,000 to 2,000 members. To be quite frank, I don’t think I’ll really bother trying to fix it because really, the fact that the mod is able to limit up to that point is pretty impressive to begin with. I figured with how much the game has to calculate, at some point it will begin to fail. So if you absolutely definitely care about your dynasty marrying outsiders, then I recommend keeping your family small, for the most part. Either that or learn how to mod.
I made my own separate mod to eliminate inbred and bad trait risks from inbreeding, which I recommend as it would help with worrying about pure blood.
To be honest, I find it a better and easier fix than restricting the dynasty as I have yet to see my mod fail (without conflict of course.) Nonetheless, they can be used together for the most part to keep general physical DNA and tiered traits persistent (which I personally do care about). House Marriage Restriction
Right-click any house head in your dynasty → Select "Enforce House Marriage" or "Allow Outside Marriage"
Dynasty Marriage Restriction
Right-click yourself (as dynasty head) → Select "Enforce Dynasty Marriage" or "Allow Outside Dynasty Marriage"
Effects
House Marriage – When active, house members can only:
Marry characters from the same house
Take concubines from the same house
Cheating within the same house will not lead to Bastard
Dynasty Marriage – When active, dynasty members can only:
Marry characters from the same dynasty
Take concubines from the same dynasty
Cheating within the same dynasty will not lead to Bastard
Priority
House restriction takes priority over dynasty restriction

Ignores diplomatic range – manage distant relatives easily
Can be toggled on/off anytime
