Description:

English part:
"I want to give each commandery’s main city a unique economic buff to increase differentiation and change the monotonous situation of the original version. I’ve always been looking for a mod like this to play, but similar mods often weaken border commanderies too much, making it difficult for factions of the border to survive in the early game.

This mod sets the buffs based on population distribution, geographical locations, and special resource distribution of commanderies during the Eastern Han Dynasty. The basic idea is that Hebei, Central Plains, Shu region, and Qi region are relatively prosperous, while the northwest, northeast, southwest, and southeast are relatively barren. However, apart from commanderies with extremely low population, no debuffs are set, aiming to achieve the effect of allowing border factions to support their armies in the early game but with lower Economic cap in the late game.

I’ve strengthened the fertile land buff. I’ve increased agricultural output value for farmland and rice fields, commercial output value for fishing ports, industrial output value for weapon workshops and armor workshops, commercial output value for racecourse and animal training facilities, output value for jade mines, and cultural output value for Pengcheng temples. I’ve also added a public order bonus to passes and reduced enemy army campaign movement distance within pass commanderies.

I’ve enhanced the ancient capital buff and added ancient capital buffs to cities such as Chengdu, Jianye, and Beihai.

In some commanderies in the southeast and southwest regions, there is negative population growth of about 10,000 per turn to reflect the fact that these areas were not fully developed during the Eastern Han Dynasty.

Commanderies in the northwest and Shu region generally have fixed production value, while commanderies in Jiaozhou and Nanman regions generally have spice production value.

(There is an colored egg on Yizhou.)

Overall, cities are divided into six levels (production value buffs include agriculture, commerce, industry, culture, silk, or spice, and 100% total production value buff is equivalent to 300% single production value buffs, due to the high industrial base production value in the game, every 100% industrial percentage output value bonus will be equivalent to 150% other output value bonuses):
T0: Runan, Yingchuan, Nanyang, Luoyang, with 600 fixed production value and 400% production value bonus. These four commanderies were the wealthiest in the Eastern Han Dynasty.
T1: Commanderies with a population of 1 million or more, with 400 fixed production value and 200% production value bonus
T2: Commanderies with a population of 500,000 or more, with 200 fixed production value and 150% production value bonus.
T3: Commanderies with a population of 250,000 or more, with 100 fixed production value and 100% production value bonus.
T4: Commanderies with a population of 100,000 or more, with 50 fixed production value and 50% production value bonus.
T5: Commanderies with a population below 100,000, with either 50 fixed production value or 50% production value bonus.

Tested compatible with "AOD" and "Dynasty Warlords" but it’s recommended to start a new campaign to avoid bugs.

[Suggested factions to play: Gongsun Zan, Yuan Shao, Ma Teng, Yuan Shu, Cao Cao to familiarize yourself with this system.]"
