Yellow Turban Rebellion Generals Restored
I was playing through my He Yi campaign when u/LeeFoster2 on the r/totalwar subreddit pointed out that all the YT190 faction leaders have the same attack rate debuff applied to them as Strategists.
Haven’t found an existing mod to fix it so I learned how to use RPFM and the Assembly Kit to put this together.
Basically, I removed the -100 attack rate debuff that was being applied to Huang Shao and He Yi (Gong Du did not have this debuff, as well as the unique generals Zhang Kai and Pei Yuanshao (He Man, true to his name as The Most Powerful, did not have this debuff either).
Noticed that the same debuff was applied to Zhang Bao in the 182 start date so I removed that as well.
And then went ahead and removed the attack rate debuff for all YTR generals because even their Healers have Instinct so in my mind should act like squishier Vanguards anyway.
