This mod brings the iconic "Afterbirth+ face" into the game via the use of the Larynx item. In the original reddit post, the entire pose was drawn in the in-game style, but for this mod Isaac only makes the face. You’re still able to move while using Larynx, so it would look weird for your body to be static while moving around. I hope this is an okay workaround! 🙂
