Dear friends, hello!
I am glad to present you with my new project – an individual residential building of the Stalin era, located at 7 Kozlova Street in Minsk. The building was constructed in 1955, on the eve of the subsequent law on the elimination of architectural excesses. For convenience, the house is divided into 3 separate parts without collision, so that you can build up the yard and create various architectural and urban planning compositions.

The mod includes 3 buildings:

• Stalinka_center. Housing quality – 89%, number of residents – 160;
  
• Stalinka_left. Housing quality – 89%, number of residents – 59;
  
• Stalinka_right. Housing quality – 89%, number of residents – 65.
