Adds decisions to search for highly skilled characters you can recruit.
NOT compatible with ironman saves or achievements.
If you’ve ever tried to find some good researchers, you know the pain of clicking through Every. Single. Country to check their court.
This mod does all the work for you.
It creates an event with 6 characters within your diplo range. The best ones are on the left, but you might need to lower their loyalty to 70 first. The ones on the right you can befriend straight away, then recruit, grant citizenship and use as you see fit.
If mixed gender rules are on, it will search for both men and women. By default, it’s only men.
I recommend also using my Compact Event mod or the whole UI Modpack, which has custom buttons to recruit people, so it won’t annoy you with the decision alert.
