Integration For Better Politics Mods and Ultra Historical Debts and Taxes

Compatible with vanilla 1.13 version and BPM 2.5
This mod provides compatibility and integration for two affordmentionned mods

This mod reworks some of decisions and amendments to use BPMs new igs and harmonizes law changes between two mods
Also with this mod enabled loan interst rate will decrease based on country prestige rank(works like company bonuses) intended as substitution of vanilla ig traits.
