Resource Trading (Neutral)
Gives all factions/races included in the game (and it’s DLCs) the ability to buy and sell resources at their cities using edicts with no turn cooldowns. This allows for instant buying/selling of any resource the faction/race has access to without having to wait a turn. The edicts are found at the bottom left corner of the screen after entering the building mode for cities (see image #1). Below are the trade details:
Research can only be purchased and has a different cost:
There isn’t a good way to sell research, so the feature was removed from this mod.
Trading is available from the start of the match (as soon as you construct a city), and does not have to be researched. The trade rates are fixed, and do not change.
