[LF] Imperial Nebulon B
The Imperial Nebulon B Frigate is a mid game spawn gunship, that once upgraded, will tackle late and end game targets alike. featuring 2 bridges, the forward bridge which is adjacent to mounted weapon slots, will suite any pilots looking to snipe cores.

The Kuat Drive Yards Imperial Nebulon B Frigate
Inspired by the designs of E.C. Henry, and Fractalsponge, I have reimagined for myself this concept of the Imperial Nebulon B for Empyrion Galactic Survival.
In the world of Empyrion, the Imperial Nebulon B is a RE2 / Vanilla gunship, which favors mounted weapons more so over turrets, although there is still a respectable amount of placement for them. The build’s gunship role has a strong catering to pilots looking for a ship to snipe cores.
The build also features docking for 2 module systems, opening up a flagship/command ship style.

HOW TO CHANGE THE COLOR SCHEME
1. First copy the desired color code found either here with control C.
2. While looking at the ship with color/texture tool out, right click to open texture palette, then click configure.
3. Your green selection box should be over the top left color. If not, left click it to select.
4. Now while holding down shift, left click the bottom right color box, then in the left UI box, hit paste.
5. Once done, your new palette should apply, but to lock it in you have to hit OK under the color palette box.

Armament
Imperial Nebulon B spawns in lightly armed with x5 gatling and x4 laser turrets. If CPU is invested towards a gunship configuration, the build can house most mounted weapons, a thor railgun, and 20-30+ turrets
Survivability
The Imperial Nebulon B has a nose stuffed with a mixture of Combat, Xeno, and Hardened Steel blocks that can absorb a tremendous amount of fire. Other critical devices are encased in armor.
The ship’s devices are partitioned by compartments, giving the ship a resilience against chain detonation.
Thrusters
Imperial Nebulon B spawns in with most thrusters in place, though there are spots for additional forward and strafe
Storage
Imperial Nebulon B spawns in with modest storage, totaling some 1.2 million, with space for extension addons. With spots for module docking, any desired additional storage can be outsourced.
Hydroponics
The ship has the potential to place 2 x9 grow plots.
Lore
The Kuat Drive Yards Nebulon B was originally designed for the Galactic Empire. Ideally it would serve as a picket ship, providing a robust anti-fighter screen for the Empire’s larger Star Destroyers
Due to over saturation, the ship has become synonymous with the Rebel Alliance.
Within lore, it’s thought that the design is largely "incomplete" for Imperial aesthetic. Here, having been inspired by the likes of E.C. Henry, and Fractalsponge, I have implemented how I think such an aesthetic could look.
