Description:

The textures for the ratkin outer layer apparels are now displayed below the hair textures, and the textures for the backpacks are now displayed on top of the outer layer apparels’ textures.
Also fixes a texture file naming bug for the ratkin santa robe, now its north side texture can be displayed correctly.
