Raiders 0.3 BETA
Welcome to Homeworld: Raiders. Play as the Hiigaran navy and protect the homeworld until the mothership returns.
Each wave becomes increasingly difficult until the final wave is reached.
This mod replaces the Homeworld 2 Campaign with Raiders. (Make sure to select "HW2 Campaign" in the mods launcher)
PLEASE READ ALL WARNINGS BEFORE PLAYING!
Install at your own risk. I will not be responsible for lost campaign progress! (I recommend backing up your PROFILES folder.)
WARNINGS
1. Use a brand-new profile before starting the campaign. Otherwise, you may lose progress on the un-modded campaign.
a. In case you ignored the warnings, to restore HW2 campaign progress, load up your last save game / autosave.
2. This campaign is DIFFICULT, AS INTENDED. That being said, I’m still tweaking the difficulty, and will consider suggestions.
KNOWN BUGS
– Incorrect subtitles may appear. To suppress these, turn off subtitles in the game menu.
FUTURE PLANS
– "Skip" to next round/wave button
– New levels, with new races (turanic raiders, progenitor, taiidan etc.)
– Raiders to be an additional campaign, rather than replacing the vanilla campaign (new main menu option)
– Endless mode stats (i.e. highest wave reached, etc.)
– Multiplayer Co-op
