PROJECT HELL LET RAVEN
This is a WW2 themed project aimed to bring some semi-milsim vehicles, turrets, maps and possibly weapons to Ravenfield. It differs from existing WW2 projects like the WW2 Collection by having traditionally immersion-focused/milsim qualities.

UPDATES:

June 8: Fixed a few UI glitches.

FEATURES:

This minipack contains 8 AT guns, namely the Pak 36 and Pak 38 equipped with 4 camos each.

  • Historically authentic projectile models and UI icons (taken from period field manuals).
  • Detailed fire and reload animations.
  • Tailored sound design for maximum immersion.
  • Working aiming wheels
  • Historically authentic aiming reticles.
  • Tailored AI handling settings.

Pak 36

Stats:

  • Max Range: 800 metres.
  • Ammo, in order: HE, AP, APCR

"The Pak35/36 (L45) (Panzerabwehrkanone 36) was developed in 1934 by Rheinmetall. This was the first specialist anti-tank gun designed for use by the German Army and entered service as the Pak35. It was adopted in 1935 and was originally mounted on wooden, spoked, cart wheels; however, a year later, the need to make it towable by more than just horses, saw the gun carriage adapted to accommodate pneumatic tyres with sprung suspension."

Pak 38

Stats:

  • Max Range: 1200 metres.
  • Ammo, in order: HE, APC-HE, APCR

"The 5 cm (1.96") Pak 38 (L/60) (5 cm Panzerabwehrkanone 38 (L/60)) was developed during 1938 by Rheinmetall-Borsig. Although approved for mass production from 1939, it did not see service in the field until 1941. While the increase from 37mm to 50 mm might not sound very much, the difference in size and performance between the two was considerable. it should also be noted that although some of the more advanced versions of the Panzer III were fitted with a 5 cm gun, they should not be confused with this new gun, as both the round and barrel of the Pak38 were larger."
