Description:

Restocks towns with the gear their culture actually uses. Tier based stock levels, configurable discounts, prosperity scaling and full MCM control. Standalone or a perfect companion to TEU. Creates stable, believable markets that match the world’s troop cultures.

Purpose

In vanilla Bannerlord, town markets often feel random. Some towns lack basic gear, others overflow with unrelated items, and many cultures do not stock the weapons their own troops use.

Culture Equipment Seeder fixes this by giving every town a stable supply of culturally appropriate weapons and armor.
Markets become reliable, distinct and believable.

How it works

Every few in game days, CES performs a lightweight restock. It builds a list of equipment used by that culture’s troop tree and ensures the town has a sensible amount of it.

  • Minimum stock per tier that you can set to any value
  • Optional seed chance that adds natural scarcity
  • Prosperity scaling so rich towns stock more and poor towns stock less
  • Tier based discounts to bring high tier gear to reasonable prices
  • Only plain quality items, never Legendary or Masterwork
  • Never touches food, horses, trade goods or anything outside equipment

Save safe and performance friendly.

MCM settings

All behavior is fully configurable through MCM v5, organized into clear per tier blocks.

  • Enable or disable seeding per tier
  • Set minimum stock levels per tier
  • Set discount percentages per tier
  • Configure seed chance per tier
  • Adjust prosperity scaling and restock interval

A natural companion to Troop Equipment Upgrade (TEU)

CES is fully standalone, but it becomes especially meaningful when paired with
Troop Equipment Upgrade (TEU)
.

TEU makes troop upgrades depend on real equipment. CES ensures that equipment actually exists in the world at a fair price, so you can focus on decisions rather than searching every town.

Optional TEU only discounts

CES includes an MCM toggle that applies equipment discounts only when TEU is buying gear during its market mode flow.
Normal shop prices stay untouched. If TEU is not installed, this setting does nothing.
