Rainbow Dash
This is a very silly mod for a pal of mine of the Phoenix Interactive modding team (check their mods, they’re awesome!). It adds for the Hiigaran, in Skirmish, a pony shooting rainbow lasers from her eyes. Is there anything else to say? Oh, right. That I also have added the Princess of the Moon, the Stars and of EVERYTHING THAT IS METAL!
I think you will find the changes in emergent gameplay and storytelling associated to this mod quite groundbreaking. Can you imagine R&D section setting up a new friendship project, and of course Kharak’s scene with a rainbow-coloured pastel pony flying around in the background? This, people, is why we can argue successfully that, yes, video games can be art. No, sorry, can be Art.
