Es handelt sich hierbei um ein sehr kleines modernes Servergebäude für junge Software Unternehmen.

Das Gebäude hat 3 Stockwerke und einen Keller . Es bietet Platz für ein kleines Team. Es hat einen simplen Rezeptions und Empfangsbereich.

Das Gebäude verfügt über eine proffessionelle Klimatechnik.
