No Merging Loyalty Loss
Bug never patched more than 5 years after release.
As written in the game codes: Granting a commander a position should give the modifier +5 loyalty "Granted Offices" or remove the malus -5 loyalty "Revoked Offices".
It didn’t; the malus stack for each merging, and the only way to remove it is granting them a true office: Governement or research. Then make them general again; they will still have the -5 from removed from the government but not the potential -100 from merging!
The mod only add an event and don’t touch anything else.
If this don’t work put it at the end of the mod loading list.
