Description:

Killer Cat
You can find the Killer Cat under the Nextbot tab in the NPCs category.

You do not require Admin permissions to spawn the Killer Cat.
However, the Killer Cat cannot be spawned outside the Sandbox.

Note:
He would not be able to move around if the map does not have a NavMesh.
If he is standing still, type "nav_generate" in the console.
