Born of This Land
This mod is inspired by the mod of the same name, which has since been deleted.
I do not have access to the original mod’s code, so the features of this mod are not completely identical to the original.
Aims to periodically clean up "Martians" characters (those generated with no parents) to ensure the world population consists entirely of naturally born characters.
The cleanup rules are as below::
- Married, have children, has an inspiration, is knights, is an entrench regency or serve as councilors or court positions will not be cleaned up.
- Heresiarchs, populist leaders, historical characters, easteregg characters, lovers/friends of rulers, and rivals of players will also be preserved to prevent specific events from breaking.
- To prevent courts from becoming underpopulated—which triggers the game system to generate new spawned characters to fill council vacancies—the cleanup script will not run for rulers who have fewer than 10 courtiers.
- Characters pinned by a player will not be cleaned up ( WILL ALSO BE KILLED WHEN IN OB MODE ).
- The cleanup script run after 20 years from game start.
- Slightly adjust the fertility to make sure there are enough characters in character pool.
It would be even better if the original mod author or someone else could re-upload BoTL.
