Adds the cheat diplomatic wargoal Coerced Pact (Forced Deal), which triggers +10000 AI Acceptance with one click
另外也有双方分别的影响力（country_treaty_leverage_generation_add = 1000），如果觉得数值不合适可以自行修改。
