Cricket Upgrade / Immortality / No Defeats
1. Cricket Upgrade:
Every 3 wins, your cricket will increase its color and body part level (based on the original Cricket Enhancement Mod). However, to adapt to the new Profound Prison difficulty, crickets no longer evolve in grade tier . The exception is crickets with special body parts, which can still evolve up to 4th tier. Additionally, upgraded crickets retain their "Brilliant Spirit" (神采飞扬, smart crickets ) trait, and each upgrade has a chance to gain "Brilliant Spirit," so you can still normally use the three crickets needed for the Lord’s cat evolution. When a cricket meets the upgrade requirements but cannot evolve, it heals all of its injuries.
2. Cricket Immortality:
Cricket durability stays at maximum (does not affect combat), and cricket age is fixed at 0.
3. Cricket No Defeats:
Defeats will not count toward your loss record. If you had losses before installing this mod, they will be reset to zero upon defeat after installing the mod.
Update: Added compatibility with the "Spirited Crickets" (促织化影) DLC. Upgrades now preserve the cricket’s battle presets, and fixed the issue where the cricket’s origin location was not updated.
