Legation Cities
Adds the Legation Cities from the HoI4 Kaiserreich mod.
Features:
– Legation Cities Releasable
– Immedietely sets laws to match a Corporate State able to supress Han rebellions (early Militarized Police)
– Immedietely takes treaty ports from mainland Qing that are available, it will not steal already established treaty ports from other nations
– Creates treaties with Britian, United States, France, Prussia, Netherlands, Spain, and Portugal that give mutual Trade Privileges and Military Access for the afformentioned nations at the cost of transfering money for "Membership"
– Two Companies, featuring Russell & Company which I only know of because FDR’s maternal grandfather worked for for a while.
– Custom Flag
– Starting decaying modifier that gives money, (far too) high gold reserve limit, ignoring trade penalties for lack of interest tiers, and trade center throughput
Known Issues:
– Event says migrations from all Member nations, but no one moves in. I could manually move pops from capitals but I rather put the mod out now
