This is The Smiler. 14 inverions. 4.5G of Force. 2:45 ride time. 100,000 individually placed pieces. Take a ride on The Ministry Of Joy’s latest and greatest creation, and become a smiling advocate today!
The Smiler is named by many as the best ride at Alton Towers, beating Wicker Man, Nemesis, Oblivion, Galactica and Th13teen! This is the 7th Secret Weapon and the 5th SW to be built, going by the codename SW7. Located in a giant pit in X-Sector, The Smiler holds the World Record for most inversions on a single roller coaster.
